Hey CP Stars!

We hope all of your swimmers enjoyed their first week back in the water, not to mention the hot chocolate afterward! We have several important updates for the week ahead, so please read through everything below and let us know if you have any questions.

Time Trial Meet Declarations Are Open
Time Trials are this Saturday, May 2.

For each meet this season, families will need to declare whether their swimmers will be attending. To complete your declaration:

• Log in to SwimTopia
• Open the Schedule
• Click on the Time Trials meet
• Select Edit
• Mark each swimmer as Attending or Not Attending

For Time Trials, you do not need to select individual events. Once attendance is marked, you're all set.

Time Trial Volunteer Signups
If you have not yet selected your volunteer shift for Time Trials, please do so as soon as possible.

To sign up:

• Open the meet from the Schedule
• Select Job Signup
• Choose your preferred shift

Hot Chocolate Volunteers Needed
We have one more week of hot chocolate, and we could use a few more helping hands.

To volunteer:

• Select a practice date from the Schedule
• Sign up for a shift

Closed Practice Reminder
As a reminder, the pool will be closed this week to all non-volunteer parents during practice.
