Hello CP Stars,

It's that time of year and we are excited about the upcoming season. We had a lot of interest in how to become officials and some of the first trainings have been setup. Below are the steps to get the process started and where you need to register. Email me or Text (best option 214-926-0906) if you run into issues or have questions.

First you need to activate or create a NWAL certified account. Link is on the NWAL Homepage (www.nwal.org). 

Next, click the link to the NWAL certified site (highlighted below) - you must do this step before you do the background check or they won't be able to associate the background to your account properly. 

Once you have the NWAL certified account setup, you will go to the my certifications section and should see a background check with a “red” link to click that says required. Click that link and you will be redirected to Serling Volunteers website to complete the background check – cost is $18. Make sure you select the appropriate Team at the bottom (CPS – Champion park).

Once you are all signed up - you will see a tab for class sign up and then you can choose from the dates/times listed for the lecture and on deck portion of your training. I would sign up as soon as possible - they will fill up fast.
