Thank you to everyone who came out for our happy hour—it was a HUGE success! We loved seeing so many of you and truly appreciate your support.

We do still have a few key roles we need to fill. If you’re looking to get more involved, now is a great time to jump in. Here are the open positions:

⭐ Concessions Lead (Can Be Shared)

This role can be shared between two parents and will work closely with the Social Coordinator.

• Required at all home meets and socials
• Planning and purchasing (e.g., Sam’s curbside orders)
• You don’t have to work the stand—we have volunteers for that
• Great for someone with strong planning and coordination skills

⭐ Sponsorship Coordinator (Support Role)

Looking for someone to partner with Katrina. No meet attendance required.

• Vital to team’s financial success
• Duties include:
  • Securing sponsors and collecting logos/banners
  • Preparing home meet announcements
  • Distributing sponsor plaques
  • Sending receipts and thank-you letters at season’s end

⭐ Head of Computers (Can Be Shared)

This role manages the technical side of swim meets and can be shared between two people.

• Must be present at every meet
• Duties include:
  • Printing sign-in sheets and heat sheets
  • Making meet entry updates in SwimTopia
  • Entering swimmer times and results
• This is an indoor role, ideal for someone tech-comfortable and detail-oriented
