Hey CP Stars!

Believe it or not, our swim season is wrapping up fast! Our final meet, Divisionals, is this Saturday at Campbell Middle School (11415 Bobcat Road, Houston, TX).

📅 Important Times

• Team Warm-Ups: 6:45 AM – be on time and ready!
• Swimmer Check-In Deadline: 7:30 AM 
• Ready Bench Volunteer Meeting: 7:45 AM
• Timers & Scribes Meeting: 8:00 AM

📍 Location & Venue Info

• Parking: Use the Cy-Fair Natatorium parking lot (across from the Middle School near Bobcat Rd & FM 1960).
• What to Bring: Towels, chairs, and small bag-style coolers only.
  🚫 No wagons, plastic coolers, or anything on wheels inside.
• Seating Rules:
  • No chairs allowed in the pool area.
  • Please do not “camp out” in the bleachers.
    Watch your swimmer’s race, then clear space so other parents can watch theirs.

🙌 Volunteers Needed

This is a longer meet, so we’ll need extra hands to keep things running smoothly.

• First Shift: Events 1–30
• Second Shift: Events 31–56
• Third Shift: Events 57–86

🍽️ Concessions

• Breakfast: 7:30 AM until sold out or until lunch
  Accepting cash & Venmo
• Lunch: Starts around 11:30 AM
  Accepting cash, credit, & Apple Pay
