Calling all swimmers aged 13+ to join our amazing team of Swim Helpers!

What does a Swim Helper do?

• Provides FOCUSED one-on-one supervision to Rising Stars (6 & Unders) as they learn to swim across the pool
• Gives individualized support matching each swimmer's ability
• Creates and maintains a safe pool environment
• Participates in and/or leads warm-up stretches
• Gives lots of encouraging high fives and HAS FUN!

Requirements:

• Must be 13 years or older at the start of the season
• Must be able to stand flat-footed with neck above water in deep end of the lanes
• Must set a regular schedule and stick to it. We know you are busy and may not be able to make every practice, but we need to know that you’ll show up when you say you’ll be there. Please communicate any absences with the Coaches or Rising Stars Coordinator
• Be on time. Rising Stars practice from 5:00-5:30

We need all the help we can get to ensure our Rising Stars get lots of pool time and stay safe! It's also a great opportunity to earn volunteer credits!
